How to Schedule an Appointment
For New Clients:
- Choose Your Service – Select either therapy or coaching based on your needs.
- Verify Insurance (If Using Insurance for Therapy) – Check your coverage through Alma’s Insurance Verification Tool.
- Schedule Your Intake Session – Follow the booking link to secure your first appointment.
- Complete Required Forms – Once scheduled, you’ll receive intake paperwork that must be completed before your session.
For Returning Clients:
Log in to the secure client portal to book, reschedule, or manage your upcoming sessions.
Consultations
Not sure if we’re the right fit? I offer a 15-minute consultation for $25 to answer questions and help you determine if my services align with your needs.
Therapy Appointments
If you’re looking for mental health support, book a therapy session below. Therapy is available for clients using self-pay or insurance through Headway and Alma.
Coaching Appointments
If you’re seeking ADHD and executive function coaching, book a coaching session here. Coaching is self-pay only and not covered by insurance.
